At the Rose-n-Berry Lake Retreat you will find a beautiful, fully furnished 3600 sq. ft. home that sits on the 450 acre all sports Palmer Lake, which includes excellent fishing in Colon Michigan, "The Capitol of the World". Enjoy the spectacular view from the new 950 sq. ft. deck. Your stay includes a private boat launch, dock, paddle boat for kids, row boat, fire pit, fishing poles, and a pontoon that is available for rent, along with many other amenities. This spacious retreat sleeps 16 people with four bedrooms and two sleeper sofa's. Three baths, a new, fully furnished kitchen on the main level and a kitchenette downstairs in the lodge room make it perfect for large groups. Or it can be rented as two separate units each sleeping eight (see accommodations for details). Upon entering the home, you will appreciate the beautiful kitchen and dining room with wood floors that lead to the spacious living room with French doors. These open onto the deck with a great view of the lake. One of the 3 tiled bathrooms has two levels with a large tub & rain shower. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible so all linens, towels, & bath accessories are included, along with games, movies, TV's, internet service & more. It is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of town, but within 15-45 minutes to Sturgis, Bronson, Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Northern Indiana (including Shipshewana), and many other destinations.
