The World has Lost its Greatest Magician
CARDINI
CARDINI, peer of all manipulators, is gone. He was THE MASTER of sleight-of-hand and reigned unapproachable for his great artistic skill. His act, like a rare jewel, placed the Art of Magic on a pinnacle along with the other fine arts of the world. He gave inspiration to so many during his colorful career of over half a century. He performed the Biblical adage, "Feed my sheep, feed my lambs." Years and years of
devoted work went into the molding of the masterpiece of magic that Cardini and his petite wife, Swan, presented all over the world. They, in turn, received acclaim from the peoples of all countries. Yes, in their lifetime they reached the zenith. . .and they touched the stars. Our sincere sympathy is extended to Mrs. Cardini, a daughter Carol, a son Richard, and eight grandchildren.
